As Sales Director of Rockefeller Group's first residential tower, Rose Hill, Nicole achieved record-breaking prices, exceeding neighborhood averages. Her role as Director of Sales at Eastlight in Kips Bay further solidifies her leadership in managing high-profile projects. Nicole excels in advising developers on large-scale projects and working with individual clients, applying advanced marketing strategies and sales techniques to the resale market. This dual focus gives her a comprehensive understanding of the NYC real estate landscape.
Nicole's deep knowledge of pricing strategies and real estate investing, coupled with her background in wealth management and hospitality, enables her to offer unparalleled client service. John Harrison
John Harrison, the co-founder of the Harrison Grandelli Team, hails from a family of real estate professionals who have been involved in real estate development, investment, and sales for decades. He has been a proud resident of New York City for over 15 years and has worked with every type of transaction from New Development to Resale; Condominium, Co-op, Townhouse, Multi-Family, Commercial, Landlord, and Tenant. He serves as Sales Director at Rose Hill, Rockefeller Group’s first-ever residential tower in Manhattan, and is also a member of the sales team for One Museum Mile, a new development in Manhattan designed by Robert AM Stern Architects. John loves helping clients build investment strategies, narrative-driven marketing campaigns, and doing whatever it takes to see them flourish.
Prior to working at CORE, John came from IBM, where he worked for a number of years as an IT Architect. Prior to that, he established the Eastern European branch of a U.S. architectural/civil engineering design firm. In that role, he was charged with setting up and staffing offices in Bulgaria as well as leading growth seminars in Bulgaria, Hungary, and Finland. Before that, he lived in Italy, where he worked on international ad campaigns for the fashion industry.
The common thread in John's multifaceted career is his exceptional ability to problem-solve. He has extensive experience in generating creative solutions - whether technical, procedural, or financial - for various types of projects. John views this skill as the key to succeeding in real estate and he dedicates himself passionately to the investigative work involved in finding just the right home for his clients. His passion is in helping people tell their stories through the real estate buying and selling process.

As a life-long New Yorker, Mike has experienced the best of everything from New York City to the Hamptons. Mike has a deep appreciation for the many relationships he has fostered with small businesses in a wide array of industries. He has flourished in serving clients through a number of projects and has earned top awards in the various sales roles he has held through the years. He is relatable, personable, and understands how to connect with clients in a very tailor-made strategy to ensure each client gets what they need.
He is proud to join the Harrison-Grandelli Team at CORE, where he brings his love for the city to a platform focused on serving the varied needs of an active and sophisticated clientele. With a boutique approach and access to the broadest set of industry specialists, he is able to leverage the entire Real Estate Board of New York as well as the many professionals throughout the world.

Hannan Salah
Hannan joins CORE as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and the Marketing Manager of the top-ranking Harrison Grandelli Team. Hannan’s journey in real estate began as part of the Sales team at 100 East 53rd, a new development designed by renowned architect Sir Norman Foster and developers RFR and Vanke. Hannan's problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and keen eye for design, accompanied with an extensive understanding of the new development purchasing process, has made her invaluable in serving clients and partners alike.
Born in Ethiopia, raised in New York and California, and having studied in Italy, Hannan's diverse set of skills and experiences enable her to relate and communicate with people from various walks of life. Hannan has quickly earned a reputation for going above and beyond to serve her clients. She is well-respected and trusted for putting the best interests of clients and partners first.
Growing up as an elite women’s basketball player, Hannan fulfilled her dream of playing NCAA Basketball in her late twenties, while attending Notre Dame De Namur University. Competing at a high level has instilled a commitment to excellence, self-discipline, and the ability to work under extreme pressure, allowing Hannan to help her clients' achieve their real estate goals with unmatched determination and diligence.
Outside the office, Hannan is passionate about helping people live their best lives. She loves spending time with family, traveling, writing, and listening to live music. She is an avid reader of anything non-fiction.
