Nicole Grandelli is a native New Yorker with over 18 years of luxury residential experience in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Known for her pricing expertise, marketing creativity, and work with both developers and individual buyers and sellers. Nicole blends wealth-management discipline with a deep understanding of design and lifestyle to help clients make smart, aligned real estate decisions. Link to full bio

John Harrison is a second-generation real estate advisor with prior experience in Tech, Entertainment, and International operations. With 10 year experience working with IBM, combined with leading international expansion in the Architectural Engineering industry, he brings a love of strategy, culture, and innovation to his practice as a real estate advisor. Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Hannan Salah

Hannan joins CORE as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and the Marketing Manager of the top-ranking Harrison Grandelli Team. Hannan’s journey in real estate began as part of the Sales team at 100 East 53rd, a new development designed by renowned architect Sir Norman Foster and developers RFR and Vanke. Hannan's problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and keen eye for design, accompanied with an extensive understanding of the new development purchasing process, has made her invaluable in serving clients and partners alike.

Born in Ethiopia, raised in New York and California, and having studied in Italy, Hannan's diverse set of skills and experiences enable her to relate and communicate with people from various walks of life. Hannan has quickly earned a reputation for going above and beyond to serve her clients. She is well-respected and trusted for putting the best interests of clients and partners first.

Growing up as an elite women’s basketball player, Hannan fulfilled her dream of playing NCAA Basketball in her late twenties, while attending Notre Dame De Namur University. Competing at a high level has instilled a commitment to excellence, self-discipline, and the ability to work under extreme pressure, allowing Hannan to help her clients' achieve their real estate goals with unmatched determination and diligence.

Outside the office, Hannan is passionate about helping people live their best lives. She loves spending time with family, traveling, writing, and listening to live music. She is an avid reader of anything non-fiction.

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Ava Vacherot

Ava grew up in Burlington, Vermont, and now resides in Brooklyn, New York. With a foundation in classical ballet, her training led her to summer programs with prestigious companies, including the Bolshoi Ballet, Miami City Ballet, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. Ava lived in Boston from 2017 to 2019, where she contributed to the local dance scene through numerous contemporary performances. She continued her dance education at The Ailey School in New York City during 2019-2020, an experience that enriched her passion for the arts. A frequent attendee of performances at the American Ballet Theater and the New York City Ballet, Ava is deeply connected to New York’s vibrant arts community.

Ava also gained valuable experience at a luxury home furnishing and interior design company in Vermont, where she served as a product specialist, deepening her understanding of home design and honing her expertise in working with high-end clientele. Since joining CORE, she previously served as the Sales Coordinator at Eastlight and is now part of the Harrison Grandelli Team, both roles in which her detail-oriented approach and drive for excellence have been assets.
